Safety & Rental Terms

 

At Capital Bounce DMV, your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure a fun, smooth, and safe experience for everyone, please review the following safety guidelines and rental terms before booking.


By placing a reservation with Capital Bounce DMV, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.


General Safety Guidelines



  • Adult supervision is required at all times during use of any rented equipment
  • All equipment must be used only as intended
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring guests follow all safety rules
  • Capital Bounce DMV reserves the right to stop use of any equipment if safety rules are not followed



Failure to comply with safety guidelines may result in immediate shutdown of equipment without refund.



Inflatable & Bounce House Safety Rules



  • Shoes, food, drinks, gum, candy, sharp objects, and pets are not allowed inside inflatables
  • No flips, wrestling, climbing on walls, hanging, or rough play
  • Children of similar size should play together
  • Do not exceed the maximum occupancy or weight limits
  • Inflatables must remain properly secured at all times


Giant Games Safety Rules



(Giant Jenga, Giant Connect 4, Soccer Dart, etc.)


  • Equipment must be used as designed
  • Maintain a safe distance during play
  • Do not climb, throw, or misuse game pieces
  • Adult supervision is required

 

 


Bubble & Foam Machine Safety



  • Outdoor use only
  • Surfaces may become slippery — supervision is required
  • Foam solution is non-toxic; avoid contact with eyes and mouth
  • Not recommended for individuals with skin sensitivities or respiratory conditions
  • Water access may be required for foam machine rentalS



Power & Generator Use



  • A standard electrical outlet within safe distance is required unless a generator is added
  • Generators must remain at least 20 feet away from inflatables and guests
  • Do not touch electrical or generator equipment during operation
  • Capital Bounce DMV is not responsible for power interruptions caused by customer-provided outlets



Weather Policy



  • Light rain or overcast weather does not qualify for cancellation
  • In cases of severe weather (heavy rain, strong winds, lightning), rescheduling options may be offered
  • Final weather decisions are made with safety as the top priority



Damage Deposit



  • A $75 refundable damage deposit is required for all rentals
  • The deposit is fully refunded after pickup and inspection, provided no damage occurs
  • Customers are responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety rules



Liability Disclaimer

 

Capital Bounce DMV is not responsible for injuries resulting from improper use, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow safety instructions. All participants use equipment at their own risk.

 

 


Agreement


By booking with Capital Bounce DMV, you agree to comply with all safety guidelines, rental terms, and instructions provided at delivery and setup.
